About Us
Why the name Zanzibar?
The name Zanzibar comes from the East African Nation of Tanzania. Zanzibar’s main industries are spices, raffia and tourism. It is sometimes referred to as the Spice Islands because of its production of cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and pepper - which are some of the key ingredients in our java mixes.
Who we are?
Zanzibar Brews was developed as an independent franchise in 2007. The concept and the design for the restaurant were envisioned by the group as another means of generating development and economic growth in the King Lincoln District.
